I truly give this Restaurant a 5 star review. I came here a few weeks ago for my birthday and I had an amazing experience. Our server William truly made sure we were comfortable and taken care of….. Everyone was so friendly and kind….. I would say if you’re looking to throw a Birthday party and want your birthday guest to feel loved, this is the place to go hands down…. Or even if you just want a cute romantic date night this is definitely the setting for that occasion

What an amazing dining experience, and Monarch did not disappoint!!! We opted for 'The Royale' along with the paired wine selection with each of the 5 courses. I'll let the photos speak to how perfect the presentation Monarch puts into 'The Royale'. The wait staff were also on point, as they kept the drinks and table cleaned for each new course presented. They even offered my wife a complimentary shawl, as the temperature was a bit cool as we were one of the first tables to be seated. The temperature did improve once the restaurant began filling up. I would recommend Monarch if you are looking for the perfect dining experience in downtown Dallas.

Monarch blows me away again!! Every time I come to dine here it’s an over the top experience. From the food being unreal and even more praise should go to the staff!! The service takes a perfect meal to the most unreal dinning experience. Sally and Arian always go above and beyond on making us feel special. Will be coming back again and again!!

I can't say enough about this place! The food is fantastic, amazing atmosphere, and good service. I've been a few times now and have not been disappointed. Most recently I went for a sake pairing event and it was one of the best pairing events I've been to. I would highly recommend for a fancy date night with that special someone!

Amazing restaurant for special occasions. They have a wine book, not a list. The food is simply phenomenal. The pasta is delicious and I’ve never had better. They made a great memento menu sign for our big anniversary. The wait staff was super knowledgeable and it made for a perfect celebration dinner location.

I came here tonight for the second time for my birthday & it was fantastic. Everything we ate was amazing. The service was A+++. Thank you Efrain, for a wonderful night.

Everything from food to atmosphere is 5 stars. Greeted with glass of complimentary champagne in the lobby. 49th floor. Great view of the city. Server wearing a Rolex. Steaks are very expensive. Pasta dishes are reasonably priced and are excellent. Shrimp scampi was meh but Lasagna and spicy rigatoni were both very good. I would recommend the meatballs as an app.

Everything about this place was amazing!!! Me and my fiancé went for Valentines last week. And we enjoyed every minute of it and did not want to leave. From the valet parking all the way to the servers were awesome. The view was breathtaking while eating our dinner. The food was incredible as well everything had an excellent taste. We will be coming back again!

Oh super fancy but also lovely. My favorite part is the wine list.. there’s so many grower champagnes!!! We enjoyed the tasting menu and wine pairing, which we all loved. The oysters with caviar bumps were great. Their mignonette is so tasty! The hot sauce was also fun. The lasagna also stands out. Overall it was a nice experience and the service was remarkable as well.

We came in to celebrate our anniversary and had window seating. Everything was amazing, starting with Ignacio. He gave us perfect recommendations for all of the food and fantastic service. We started with the meatballs, which were phenomenal. We split the Momma's Spicy Rigatoni, and couldn't have been happier. We had the scallops and Texas Wagyu sirloin, which were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The final desserts, tiramisu and the toffee cake pudding. Would definitely go back, even for cocktails and the amazing view.
